I offer an in-home private chef experience specializing in longer form tasting menus. Maybe you heard of my restaurant Cook Weaver? I used to be the chef there for ten years. It got to be real good over and through the years. We did seasonal menus. From the farm. There was a big concern on vegetarian menus. Meat and fish were very well sourced. By the time we departed we were running an 11 course omnivore menu with a vegetarian menu next to it that had a lot of flair. I can bring this to your home. And maybe more.

I will have a dialogue with you to create a menu that meets your preferences and taste. I don’t want to serve you duck liver if that is something you absolutely hate. I source most of my vegetables from local farms, at farmers markets around town. I use fish and seafood from northwest waters, which means I'll be using black cod, steelhead, salmon, sturgeon, and all our special shellfish. Meat comes from just a few counties away from Preservation Meat Collective and is of the highest quality and from the best farm conditions. After we figure out an outline of what the menu will look like I will come up with a creative, inventive, delicious, nostalgic, fun, joyful experience.

Omnivore: 11 course menu with lots of variety and craftsmanship. Expect luxury ingredients but also humble ingredients transformed into interesting creations. Wagyu from nearby. Three sweet courses. 

Some Options

Vegetarian or Vegan: Exceptional and creative vegetarian and vegan tasting menus are a core specialty; not an afterthought. Fake nori fish? I came up with that. As well as coral mushroom jerky mapo tofu. (that’s a mouthful) That was a cool one! Or beet bolognese? And some veggies were left to their own devices. I really care. 

Fish/sushi tasting: I want to try this. This would be new for me. 15-20 course fish and vegetable sushiesque experience.  Not traditional sushi. One bite courses; rolls, raw fish, smoked and cured seafood, vegetable preparations, miso soup, exotic species. I would be experimenting a lot. 

Weddings or very large parties: I want to celebrate the milestones in your life. I can cater big parties for you. Let’s talk and make a plan.

Pricing Structure

Pricing is calculated per person and includes all food costs, preparation, cooking, service coordination, and cleanup by Chef Reynolds. Rates vary based on party size and no tipping is expected.

Party Size. Per Person Price  omnivore Vegetarian or vegan

4-6 Guests $300 $275

7-9 Guests. $275 $250

10-12 Guests. $250 $225

Wine Pairing Pricing Structure

Chef Reynolds can curate and coordinate a selection of premium wines and beverages designed to complement each course of the tasting menu. We can also serve the clients wine or let you take care of all of the beverages. It can be a little more loose.

Pairing Option Description. Per Person Price

Standard Pairing 5-6 selected pours featuring unique, high-quality wines. $100

Reserve Pairing 6-7 selected pours featuring premium, rare, or specialty bottles. $200+ (Quote provided based on desired level)

Non-Alcoholic Pairing Curated selection of sophisticated mocktails, teas, and sodas. $75

Additional Staff Pricing Structure

For parties of six or more, or for clients desiring a seamless, full-service experience, additional professional service staff are highly recommended. 

Role Rate Notes

Server/Service Staff $500 For parties 6 -12 ppl a server is required. Flat rate and no tip expected. For parties less than 7 a server can be nice but not necessary.
